Site unfinished. The works are not.

A decorative laminate sheet with walnut wood grain, with a clear protective film peeling from the top-right corner — Fig. 01Pull the corner. That is the whole argument.

On the line

What we make

Same idea, different faces. Drag a corner if you want — or just call +91 87587 74973 and name the sheet.

01
Lamination Film for Artificial Quartz Stone Slab
ApplicationQuartz leaves the polish line looking like money. We put film on before it hits the crate. High-gloss or leathered — say which, the tack changes.
Fig. 02The polish is the product. Everything else is packing.
02
Protection Film for Pre-Laminated Particle Board (GUM PP)
ApplicationGUM PP board from the press, through the stack, into the kitchen shop. Film stays until the saw comes out.
Fig. 03Cut it first if you like. Just do not drag it bare across the yard.
03
Lamination Film for Ceramic Tiles
ApplicationLarge-format glaze marks in the box as easily as on the floor. Film through sorting and the yard. Some setters peel on the wall; some peel in the crate. Either is fine.
Fig. 04A hairline on the glaze is a rejected tile.
04
Protection Film for Acrylic Sheet
ApplicationClear sheet, dusty shop. Film on through the saw and the CNC. If it sits in store for months, say so — a different tack.
Fig. 05If you can read a newspaper through it, we did the job.
05
Protection Film for PVC Laminate Sheet
ApplicationGloss PVC is unforgiving. Film from the stack to the shutter line. Doors, wall panels, the usual.
Fig. 06The print is the door. Treat it that way.
06
Surface Protection Film
ApplicationWhen the face is finished and still has to move. We match tack to the paint, not the other way around. No one stock roll covers every job.
Fig. 07Pull it when the travelling is over.
07
Guard Film for Colour-Coated Roofing Sheets
ApplicationColour-coated rib, press to truck. Comes off before it goes on the roof — nobody wants film baking in May.
Fig. 08The colour is sold by the square metre. Protect it like that.
08
Protection Film for ACP Sheet
ApplicationACP gets routed, packed, then dragged up a scaffold. Film on the face until the elevation is up. Mill-finish or coated.
Fig. 09The elevation is the brief. The film is how it gets there.
09
Protection Film for Decorative Laminate Sheet
ApplicationWalnut, oak, a solid colour — same problem. Film from the press, through the carpenter, onto the table.
Fig. 10Fig. 01 is this sheet. Same film, just a different day.
10
Protection Film for Stainless Steel Sheet
ApplicationBrushed or mirror. Film through the shop. Peel it on the wall — not on the bench, where the next sheet will scratch it again.
Fig. 11The grain only works if it is still there.
11
Protection Film for Glass Sheet
ApplicationGlass stores badly. Film on the lite until it is glazed. Then it can be expensive again.
Fig. 12A scratch on glass is permanent. The film is not.
12
Protection Film for Aluminium Sheet
ApplicationMill-finish picks up every bench. Anodized is worse. Film through the brake and onto the elevation.
Fig. 13Bend it with the film on. Peel it after.
13
Protection Film for Marble and Granite Slab
ApplicationA slab that took two days to polish should not pick up a crate mark on the way out of Morbi. Film goes on after the last pass. Off again when it is booked.
Fig. 14The veins are the sale. Keep them off the floor of the truck.
14
Protection Film for Polycarbonate Sheet
ApplicationPC scratches if you wipe it with the wrong cloth. Film until it is in the frame. UV-coated or a heat bend — tell us first.
Fig. 15Keep the cloth away. Use the film.
15
Protection Film for WPC Panel
ApplicationSlats in a crate will scuff. Film on until they are on the wall.
Fig. 16Fit it. Then peel it.
16
Protection Film for Pre-Laminated MDF
ApplicationFor pre-laminated MDF leaving the press. The decorative paper is the face, so the film stays on through stacking, cutting and the furniture line. Typical on shutters, wardrobes and interior panels.
Fig. 17Peel the film. The paper face is what the buyer sees on the shutter.
17
Protection Film for Plywood
ApplicationFor plywood with a decorative or commercial face. The film keeps the veneer clean through the yard, the crate and the carpenter’s shop. Peel it when the sheet is cut or fixed — not while it is still being moved.
Fig. 18Peel the film. The veneer is the part that shows.
18
Protection Film for PPGI / GI Sheet
ApplicationFor galvanized and pre-painted GI sheet used in cladding, ducting and general fabrication. The film sits on the zinc or paint through slitting and the truck. Distinct from roofing guard film — this is the flat sheet.
Fig. 19Peel the film. The zinc or the paint is the finish.
19
Protection Film for Solid Surface
ApplicationFor solid-surface sheets used on counters, vanities and interior cladding. The film covers the face through fabrication and site handling so the speckle stays even. Peel it after the joint is finished, or when the top is ready to be seen.
Fig. 20Peel the film. The speckle is the finish, not a wrap to mark.
20
Protection Film for UPVC Profile
ApplicationFor UPVC window and door profiles. The film stays on the extrusion through packing and site work so the white face does not pick up yard dust or install scratches. Peel it when the frame is in the opening.
Fig. 21Peel the film when the frame is in the wall, not in the crate.
21
Protection Film for SPC Flooring
ApplicationFor SPC and luxury vinyl flooring. The printed wear layer is the sale, so the film stays on through the carton and the site until the plank is laid. Ask if you need a low-tack grade that lifts clean after install.
Fig. 22Peel the film. The wear layer is meant for feet, not for the crate.
22
Protection Film for Compact Laminate
ApplicationFor compact laminate and solid HPL sheets. The film covers the face through cutting and site handling so the colour stays even. Used on washroom cubicles, lockers, laboratory tops and exterior-grade panels.
Fig. 23Peel the film. The solid colour is the panel, not a wrap.
23
Protection Film for Mirror
ApplicationFor mirrors and silvered glass. The film takes the scuffs that would otherwise sit on the reflection. It stays on through edging, packing and the road to site, then comes off when the glass is hung.
Fig. 24Peel the film. A marked mirror is just a piece of glass.
24
Protection Film for Melamine Board
ApplicationWhite and wood-look melamine marks if you look at it wrong. Film stays on until the shutter is hung.
Fig. 25Leave it on through the furniture line.
25
Protection Film for Powder-Coated Metal
ApplicationOnce it comes out of the oven the coat is the finish. We cover it for the rest of the journey — fabrication, stacking, the truck.
Fig. 26The orange-peel is meant to be seen on the job, not in transit.
26
Protection Film for Engineered Wood
ApplicationThin veneer, expensive face. Film on from the press. Off when the plank or panel is down.
Fig. 27The oak is 0.6 mm. Do not scuff it in the carton.
27
Protection Film for Fiber Cement Board
ApplicationThe board is cheap until it is cut and painted. Film keeps the face even while it sits in the yard.
Fig. 28Yard dust shows on grey. Cover it.
28
Protection Film for Copper Sheet
ApplicationCopper fingerprints if you breathe on it. Film until the sheet is fixed or patina is wanted — then pull it.
Fig. 29Fingerprints are free. The film is not, and still cheaper.
29
Protection Film for Kitchen Shutter
ApplicationA gloss shutter in a dusty shop is a liability. Film on from the paint line. Off the day it is hung.
Fig. 30Hang it first. Peel it second.
